“Darisha is extremely patient, very knowledgeable and professional. She was available to view homes on both weekends and weekdays.
A few things I picked up in working with her was her ability to point out tiny details + things that you may miss when touring a home – its great because you get to think about whether that little detail will positively or adversely affect your experience living in that home. If there were things we considered fixing she definitely had an idea of what the cost would be + offered her opinion on whether it was worth it to fix or better to keep looking. After our first conversation, She tailored our search to showings that fit the criteria. Not one home we saw was a waste of time, and that’s important!
